Forgot my Password

Your initial password is the last three characters of your home postal code (all caps plus numbers) plus your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format (no slashes). For example: 1A103121960.

If you have changed your password and forgotten it, you can answer your challenge questions and your initial password will be restored.

If you try to login with the wrong password three times in a row, your account will be locked. To unlock it, call the HR Employee Centre at 1-866-276-7800 and they will unlock it for you.

If you cannot successfully answer your challenge questions, call the HR Employee Centre.
